Responsibilities
- Resolve Customer Inquiries: Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat to troubleshoot issues and answer questions regarding our products and services.
- Document Interactions: Log all customer interactions and resolutions into our CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
- Product Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and relay it to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay Updated: Continuously learn about new product features and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Handle Objections: Professionally address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
