As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients in resolving technical issues and product questions with patience and clarity.
- Log and update customer records accurately in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with senior team members to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer pain points.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior customer service experience required; we teach you the skills you need.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
