Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting basic software and hardware issues and escalate complex problems to senior staff.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
