Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our software platforms.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through continuous training to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks and adhering to company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote training).
- Ability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends.
