Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Answer incoming customer calls and emails professionally to resolve technical and product-related questions.
- Troubleshooting: Assist customers with basic account setup and troubleshooting steps using provided scripts and tools.
- Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and resolutions into the CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior support agents and team leads to learn best practices and improve service quality.
- Product Learning: Participate in daily training sessions to master our software and service offerings.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex issues that require management attention and escalate them appropriately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required (college students welcome).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for raw talent and willingness to learn.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems and web browsers.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts simply.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to commit to a full-time schedule (Monday-Friday).
