Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product inquiries and basic troubleshooting.
- Learn and demonstrate our internal software systems and product knowledge quickly.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff.
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings.
- Valid driver’s license (not required for duties but beneficial for team events).
