Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development of support resources and documentation.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards all clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong desire to learn and develop new skills in a corporate setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
