Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients to ensure a seamless and positive start with our platform.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex client issues.

- Assist in the development of training materials and internal knowledge bases.
