Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via chat, email, and phone for clients across the United States.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account troubleshooting, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the training team to master our proprietary software and communication protocols.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding response time and satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment to ensure productivity during shift hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of the rotating schedule.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple windows and software applications simultaneously.
