- Collaborate with senior engineers and product teams to escalate complex issues.
- Learn and demonstrate our internal tools and knowledge base to resolve issues independently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and eagerness to learn new software.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work full-time in our San Francisco office.
