Responsibilities
- Assist new and existing customers with inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide users through solutions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to current clients.
Qualifications
