Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account management via phone, email, and live chat.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and share best practices.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our company's products and service offerings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and cross-sell services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications (MS Office Suite).
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation (local travel may be required).
- The ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes quickly.
