Responsibilities
- Assist new clients with onboarding and account setup to ensure a seamless experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to service quality.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Conduct training sessions and orientation calls for new team members and clients.
- Monitor account health and proactively reach out to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.
