Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure high retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to provide feedback on customer needs.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies through ongoing training.
Qualifications
