Your Role:
As an Entry Level Representative, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. We value soft skills, attitude, and work ethic over previous experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Assist clients in resolving issues and answering product-related questions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet daily and monthly team goals.
- Participate in daily training sessions, workshops, and team meetings.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
