Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize our CRM system to log interactions, update customer records, and track progress.
- Assist customers in understanding products and services, and resolve common issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet team targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises to enhance communication skills.
- Provide feedback to management regarding common customer concerns and product improvements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours (Monday-Friday).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Basic computer proficiency is preferred.
