Responsibilities
- Learn our proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) software through our structured training program.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve inquiries and provide updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service requests in our internal databases.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss performance metrics and training modules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
