Responsibilities
- Manage Client Inquiries: Respond to incoming customer emails, phone calls, and live chat requests professionally and efficiently.
- Troubleshooting: Assist clients with basic technical troubleshooting and resolve common account issues to ensure high satisfaction.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new clients through the setup process, ensuring they understand our platform's features and benefits.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and account status within our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback and relay it to the product and development teams to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer care.
Qualifications
- Education: GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics required; A-levels or a Bachelor's degree in any field are a plus but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable navigating web-based software.
- Attitude: A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) with flexibility for overtime.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; we value attitude over experience.
