Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure they understand our products.
- Provide ongoing support and training to internal team members and external partners.
- Monitor customer accounts to identify areas for improvement and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Document customer feedback and communicate trends to management.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company standards during all interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
