Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients through daily communication and support.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Conduct training sessions for new team members and assist in onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
