Responsibilities
- Manage Client Communication: Respond to incoming emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Learn & Adapt: Quickly master internal software and product knowledge through our structured training program.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and troubleshoot basic issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and update our database with relevant information.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to resolve complex escalations.
- Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to the product team to help improve our services.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Reliability: Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
