Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to resolve customer issues.
- Build rapport with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the team to improve customer support processes.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system accurately.
