What You'll Do:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the voice of TechNova. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our platform.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone and email with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Conduct product training sessions for new clients to ensure they understand our services.
- Update and maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and improve customer retention.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements to our products and services.
Qualifications
