What You Will Do:
In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our clients and our product. You will ensure that our customers achieve their goals while using our platform, driving retention and satisfaction. You will work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay valuable feedback and help shape the future of our services.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct comprehensive product training sessions to ensure success.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell value-added services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical issues and providing exceptional service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer workflows and satisfaction scores.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and customer feedback metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins with key accounts to ensure long-term partnership growth.
- Assist in the creation of training materials and documentation for new team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
