Your Role
As an Entry Level Associate, you will be the face of our brand, assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist clients in understanding our products/services and resolving their concerns efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
- Identify opportunities to upsell services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
