Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients to our platform.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content.
- Monitor customer feedback and report key insights to management.
- Support the internal team with data entry and administrative tasks.

Qualifications
