Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process transactions and resolve service issues
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex cases
- Meet quality and productivity benchmarks post-training
- Participate in ongoing skill development sessions
- Represent company values in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (typing 25+ WPM)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation to our Oakland facility
- Ability to work 40 hours/week (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
