Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our internal database systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the root cause and offering effective solutions.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to clients.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
