Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and returns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, under supervision.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide hands-on training and mentorship.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new internal systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
