Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer support via phone/email/chat
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately
- Document interactions in CRM system with precision
- Collaborate with team to resolve escalated issues
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Clear communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual a plus)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Reliable transportation to downtown Oakland office
