Responsibilities
- Engage with Customers: Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide information, resolve inquiries, and process orders professionally.
- Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and offer effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Training & Development: Attend daily briefings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary. We provide full paid training.
