Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to resolve complex issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
