Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails to provide product information and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
- Upsell products and services to meet monthly team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new processes.
