Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our internal systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
