Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve product or service issues and answer questions regarding company policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer records and maintain a clean, organized database.
- Collaborate with the support team to develop solutions for complex customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check.
