Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding products, services, and account status.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive, empathetic tone.
- Update and accurately maintain customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with navigating web browsers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a weekend shift (Saturday & Sunday) with a reliable attendance record.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
