Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our internal CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet team performance goals.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
