Responsibilities
- Perform nightly operational tasks including inventory management, stocking, and equipment maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours via phone and in-person interactions
- Monitor security protocols and ensure facility safety compliance throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production and quality targets
- Document operations logs and report equipment issues or safety concerns
- Complete training modules and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Assist in opening/closing procedures and prepare reports for management review
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
