Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and process returns accurately and efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process transactions and maintain sales records.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Learn and promote company products/services to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
