Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection (if remote work is applicable).
