Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and scripts.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our database systems.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity and knowledge transfer.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including call handling times and quality assurance scores.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to existing clients to increase revenue.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide full training for entry-level candidates.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
