Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process customer orders, account modifications, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM system with precision.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service performance and workflow.
- Assist in training new hires and sharing best practices with the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Basic computer proficiency and strong typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and professional attitude.
- Reliable internet connection (required for remote/hybrid roles).
