Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback into our CRM database.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a cohesive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
