Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a positive and professional attitude.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and account information with attention to detail.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance targets and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
