Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Document customer interactions and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to solve complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Ensure the sales floor and workspace are organized and welcoming.
Qualifications
