- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Provide exceptional service that exceeds client expectations and resolves issues efficiently.

- Learn and utilize our CRM software and internal communication tools.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to new and existing clients.
- Attend weekly training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new concepts quickly.
