Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Process customer orders, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Input and update customer data into our CRM systems with high attention to detail.
- Learn and apply new company policies, procedures, and products quickly.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and service improvements.
