Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with product information, account issues, and service requests.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance technical knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Must have reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively.
