- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow company scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent brand experience for every client.
- Feedback Loop: Provide constructive feedback to management regarding customer trends and potential process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional tone.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency with computers, typing, and navigating web browsers.
