Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service to ensure high retention rates.
- Process customer applications and update client information accurately in our database systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in a fast-paced call center environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite experience is a plus).
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed.
